Are you passionate about AI, human interaction, and interdisciplinary research? Join us at the Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence Lab!
We are looking for a motivated PhD candidate in Computer Science (or a related field) for a fully funded 4,5-year position.
Our lab explores how AI can analyze multimodal human data—such as facial expressions, gaze, vocal cues, and heart rate—to enhance human-AI interactions. Using advanced machine learning, audio, and image processing techniques, we develop ethically sound AI tools that support clinical diagnosis and behavioral research.
As a PhD researcher, you will drive the development of AI methods for analyzing human interaction behavior. Your work will involve implementing and building machine-learning algorithm for social signals processing, designing and conducting empirical studies, and statistically analyze multimodal data.
